The CIO’s guide to accelerating DX using BPM

WHILE digital transformation (DX) is no longer a new idea, successful DX continues to elude many enterprises.

There could be many reasons behind an unsuccessful DX strategy, but mostly it boils down to prioritizing the wrong aspects of DX, or focusing too much on one element while ignoring others altogether.
